Dress Code
Like most private Golf and Country Clubs, Beverly has established a dress code to maintain the standards of good taste and appearance expected of the membership of a private club.
The specifics are outlined below but in essence it can be described as very typical everyday smart golf attire that can be found in most pro shops and golf stores throughout Canada and which most golfers would like to be seen wearing. It does not require any particular kind of attire and gives members a wide range of choices but does require that members, their guests and children over 5 abide by the code when in the public rooms at the club or on the course grounds.
Like most clubs today, Beverly does insist that soft spikes be mandatory and while cell phones are permitted in the club it is expected that members use them discretely and ensure that they do not interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other members when on the course or in the clubhouse.
Like any code, it is only as good as its level of conformity so Beverly staff both on the course, such as starters and in the club house, such as pro shop and food service and club house staff, have the authority to ask members and their guests to conform to the code at all times.
The pro shop does carry a full complement of clothing that conforms to the code.
